🔥 Who are you guys?
We’re XP World - a fresh, geek-fuelled store where pop culture, retro gaming, and edgy style collide. We create stuff you actually want to own. Built by fans, for fans.
📦 When will my order arrive?
All our products are made to order, so it takes us a bit of time to work our magic. Most orders ship in a few days, but it can take up to 5 working days during busy periods (we're usually much faster than that). You'll receive an update as soon as your order is on its way. And we have a number of delivery options to speed things up.
You’ll also get a tracking link as soon as your item ships.
🎁 Can I return or exchange something?
Not right now, because everything’s printed on demand, we only accept returns for faulty or damaged items.
If something’s wrong, send us a pic and your order number. We’ll make it right.
We're just getting started, return options will expand as our product range does.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, just note delivery times might be a bit longer outside the UK. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
🧾 Will I get a receipt?
Yep. As soon as you check out, you’ll get a confirmation email and a full receipt. If it’s missing, check your junk/spam, or get in touch.
