Who are you?

We’re XP World - a fresh, independent gaming merchandise store built by gamers, for gamers. We create products inspired purely by video games and gaming culture, focusing on designs and items that players genuinely want to own.

When will my order arrive?

All of our products are made to order, which allows us to keep designs fresh and quality high. Most orders ship within a few days, though during busy periods this can take up to five working days. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, and we offer multiple delivery options if you need your order sooner.

Can I return or exchange an item?

As our products are printed on demand, we currently only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

As XP World grows and our range expands, we plan to introduce broader return options.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times may be longer outside the UK, and international orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation and receipt by email immediately after checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for assistance.
