Welcome to XP Points, Our Loyalty Program for Gamers

At XP World, the actions you take earn XP, just like levelling up in your favourite game.
The more you engage, the more XP Points you collect, and the better the rewards.

What Are XP Points?

XP Points are our way of rewarding the XP World community.
Earn points as you shop and share, then redeem them like in-game currency across the store.

How to Earn XP Points

🔓 Open an account	+100 XP Points
💳 Every £1 you spend	+2 XP Points
🤝 Refer a friend who makes a purchase	+100 XP Points (each)

A minimum spend of £1 per transaction (excluding delivery costs) is required to earn XP Points. Points are earned in £1 increments - for example, a £40 spend in a single transaction earns you 80 XP Points.

If you don’t already have an account, we’ll automatically create one when you place your first order, and you’ll earn XP Points on that purchase.
Don’t forget to tick “Email me with news and offers” at checkout to stay up to date with everything happening at XP World, including new drops, launches, and updates to our XP Points loyalty programme.

If you cancel or return an order, any XP Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

XP Points are available on pre-orders, but they won’t be credited to your account until the order has shipped.

How to Access Your XP Points Account

Open the XP Points pop-up by tapping/clicking the black Star icon located in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
From here, you can view your XP Points balance, redeem points for rewards, and refer a friend - you’ll both earn XP Points when your friend makes a purchase.

How to Spend XP Points

100 XP Points = £1 off anything at XP World.

Once you’ve earned enough XP Points (for example, 100 points), open the XP Points pop-up and sign in.

You’ll see how many XP Points you have and the rewards available to you, such as 500 XP Points = £5 off. Select the reward you want and redeem it.

We’ll automatically generate a discount code for you. Copy the code and apply it at checkout to enjoy your reward. Your redeemed XP Points will be deducted from your balance.
