XP Points – Terms & Conditions

These XP Points Terms & Conditions apply to the XP Points loyalty programme (“XP Points” or the “Scheme”) operated by XP World, and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By participating in XP Points, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About XP Points

XP Points are issued by XP World and remain the property of XP World at all times. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the XP Points Scheme at any time for legal, regulatory, operational, or business reasons. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

XP Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may only be used in accordance with these terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • XP Points are available to customers aged 18 or over.

  • Each customer may hold one XP Points account only.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, merge, or close duplicate or suspected duplicate accounts and to remove XP Points associated with them without liability.

  • XP Points accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or traded.

To earn XP Points, customers must have a registered XP World account.

3. Earning XP Points

XP Points are earned on qualifying purchases made on the XP World website only.

Earning rules:

  • A minimum spend of £1 per transaction (excluding delivery costs) is required to earn XP Points.

  • XP Points are earned in £1 increments.

    • Example: a £40 spend (excluding delivery) earns 80 XP Points.

  • XP Points are awarded per transaction, not across multiple orders.

  • Delivery charges do not earn XP Points.

  • XP Points are only awarded to consumer purchases. Business or resale purchases are excluded at our discretion.

Account & email opt-in:

If you don’t already have an account, one will be created automatically when you place your first order, and you will earn XP Points on that purchase.
To receive updates about the XP Points loyalty programme, you must tick “Email me with news and offers” at checkout.

4. Pre-Orders

XP Points are available on pre-orders, however:

  • XP Points will not be credited to your account until the order has shipped.

5. Redeeming XP Points

  • XP Points can be redeemed once you have accumulated enough points for an available reward.

  • Rewards and redemption thresholds will be clearly displayed within the XP Points pop-up.

  • When you redeem a reward, a discount code will be generated for you to apply at checkout.

  • Redeemed XP Points will be deducted from your balance at the time of redemption.

  • Discount codes generated via XP Points are subject to any stated exclusions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel or return an item, any XP Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

  • Where a purchase was made using a combination of payment and XP Points, any refund will reflect the same proportion of payment and XP Points originally used.

  • XP Points will not be awarded (or may be removed) where an order is cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded.

7. Abuse, Misuse & Errors

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, remove, or adjust XP Points, or suspend or close accounts, where we reasonably believe there has been:

  • Abuse or attempted abuse of the Scheme

  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions

  • Fraudulent activity or misleading information

  • Conduct that is offensive, abusive, or disruptive

  • Activity inconsistent with genuine consumer behaviour

XP Points awarded in error may be removed at any time. Advice or actions by staff that conflict with these terms do not override them.

8. Availability & Promotions

  • XP Points may not be awarded on all products, promotions, or offers.

  • Promotional earning rates or limits may apply and will be communicated at the time of the offer.

  • We are under no obligation to award XP Points outside qualifying transactions.

9. Data & Privacy

Participation in XP Points requires the processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Members are responsible for keeping their account details up to date. XP World is not responsible for XP Points lost due to outdated or incorrect account information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These terms replace all previous versions of the XP Points Terms & Conditions.
