At XP World, every product you see today is printed on demand, just for you. That means we don’t hold stock, your item is made once you hit that order button. Because of that, we can’t offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We know that’s not always ideal, but we want to be transparent. If something turns up and it’s not what you ordered, just email us with a photo and your order details, we’ll sort it.

As XP World levels up and we expand our range (yes, it’s coming), we’ll evolve our returns policy to match. So keep an eye on this page as we grow.
